FAQs

how does it work?

We start with a quick conversation about your space, what you want it to feel like and how it’s used.

From there, we create a simple planting plan, source everything you need, install it, and if you’d like, maintain it ongoing.

You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like.

do I need to know anything about plants?

Not at all.

Most of our clients don’t. That’s the point.

We choose plants that suit your space and take care of them so you don’t have to worry about it.

what if my space doesn’t get much natural light?

That’s very common, especially in shops and offices.

We’ll recommend plants that thrive in low-light conditions, or suggest alternatives that still give you the look and feel you want.how often do you visit for maintenance?

It depends on your space and the type of planting.

Most clients opt for regular visits, typically every 1–4 weeks, to keep everything healthy and looking its best.

We’ll recommend a schedule that works for you.

can you work with our existing plants?

Yes, in most cases.

We’re happy to assess what you already have and either incorporate it into a new design or advise on what’s worth keeping.

do you only work with businesses?

Our focus is on commercial spaces like cafés, shops and offices.

If you have a residential project with a similar feel or scale, feel free to get in touch and we’ll let you know if it’s a good fit.

how much does it cost?

Every space is different, so we’ll provide a tailored quote based on your needs.

Costs depend on the size of the space, the number of plants and whether you’d like ongoing maintenance.

We’re always clear and upfront, with no surprises.

how quickly can you get started?

We can usually get things moving quite quickly.

Once we’ve agreed the plan, installation can often happen within a couple of weeks, depending on availability and scale.

what areas do you cover?

We’re based locally and primarily work with businesses in the surrounding area.

If you’re slightly further afield, it’s still worth asking.

still got a question?
